Payment & Insurance Guidelines

• Cosmetic Surgeries & Treatments: These are not covered by insurance. Patients/clients are responsible for the full payment of procedures.
• GST & Service Tax: As per the Government of India regulations, Goods and Services Tax (GST) or other applicable service taxes are levied on all cosmetic procedures. These charges are in addition to the total cost explained during the consultation.
• Booking Deposit: A deposit of ₹10,000 is required at the time of booking a surgery or procedure. This amount secures the scheduled date.
• Refund Policy: The booking amount is refundable only if the surgery or procedure is canceled at least seven (7) days prior to the scheduled date.

Medical Disclaimer & Risk Acknowledgment

• Suitability & Risks: The appropriateness of any procedure can only be determined after an in-person consultation. While all surgical procedures carry some degree of risk, minor complications may arise occasionally. Major complications are rare in surface surgeries.
• Additional Costs for Complications: In case of unforeseen complications requiring additional procedures or corrective surgeries, the patient may be required to bear additional costs beyond the initially agreed package.
• No Guaranteed Results: Medicine is not an exact science. Results of cosmetic procedures may vary based on multiple factors, including:
  • Individual physiology
  • Age
  • Medical history
  • Healing response
  • Personal expectations

The clinic and doctors do not guarantee specific results from any cosmetic procedure. Patients must have realistic expectations and acknowledge that outcomes may differ from person to person.
